An Old Favorite

CrossFit Aesthetics – CrossFit This is a classic shoulder chipper WOD. Each set should be heavy, and weight should increase over each movement. I.e, your Push Press sets should be significantly heavier than your shoulder press singles. Since this is all strength, we’ll spend adequate time stretching and warming up in preparation. P1: Shoulder Press 1-1-1-1-1 P2: Push Press 3-3-3-3-3 Push Jerk 5-5-5-5-5 reps
