CrossFit classes consist of small groups that complete exercise programming composed of a warm-up, skill work and a Workout of the Day (WOD). Throughout these sessions, athletes receive instruction and encouragement from their Coach. Athletes learn the basics of powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, bodyweight movements, proper running mechanics and many more kinesthetic activities.
4-Week Level Up Challenge
4-week program designed to help you, lose weight and tone up, build strength & endurance, increase stamina & increase mobility.Program is Sept. 23 - Oct. 17 and classes are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 6:30pm.
Skill Sessions
While our CrossFit classes are designed to meet the needs of our large and varied community, when it comes to achieving specific goals, nothing beats private coaching. This is where Skill Sessions come in. Skill Sessions are private 30-minute sessions that focus on 1 or 2 specific movements. Skill Sessions are ideal for athletes looking to increase strength, improve technique, prepare for an event, or just prefer a more personal setting.
Personal Training
Personal training is currently available for individuals or pairs who desire highly customized, 1-on-1 (or 1-on-2) fitness instruction.
Yoga
As a benefit to our Athletes, we offer sport yoga classes. These classes are custom designed to CrossFit Athletes’ needs.
Fundamentals Course
CrossFit Aesthetics’ Fundamentals Course is designed for those new to CrossFit and those who want a refresher course. Our Fundamentals Course is comprised of up to 2 sessions. Attendees work with a certified coach who safely exposes them to CrossFit Aesthetics’ movement curriculum in a small group setting. Following the completion of the Fundamentals Course, the coach will assess the attendees level and ensure they are ready to safely transition into group classes.
Private Fundamentals Course
This course covers the same content as the Fundamentals Course; however, it is comprised of up to 2 private sessions instead of up to 2 small group sessions.
30-Day Fitness Challenge
We create a point system that incentivizes your employees to improve their overall health and fitness. Employees attend classes are our facility and receive nutrition coaching and bi-weekly fitness assessments. Pricing based on program enrollment.
Lunchtime Fitness
We’ll provide your employees with private classes during their lunch hour. Pricing based on class attendance limit and number of classes per week.
Total Wellness Program
Employee purchases employee memberships at a special group rate. Pricing based on program enrollment.
Discount Wellness Program
Subsidize a portion of your employees’ monthly membership fees. Pricing based on program enrollment.
Corporate Discount Plan
